What You’ll Do (On & Off-Set)

• Model Apparel

  • Rock Brickanaire’s full line: tees, hoodies, hard hats, “First Stack” pieces, and more.

  • Bring strong, emotive poses that reflect the brand’s bold, built-from-the-ground-up ethos.

• Be the Face of Campaigns

  • Star in seasonal drops (like the Merry Brickmas collection)

  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and creative directors to push the Brickanaire narrative.

• Create Digital Content

  • Film for social platforms: Reels, TikToks, BTS, campaign clips.

  • Support lookbook launches and product features with your personal flair.

• Brand Representation

  • Embody the “build brick by brick” mentality — strength, resilience, ambition.

  • Act as a bridge between the customer and the brand: give Brickanaire a human, aspirational face.

Expectations

• Be camera-confident: photo, video, candid, stylized.

• Be physically expressive but real — no forced glamour.

• Maintain your look (skin, hair, style) to stay campaign-ready.

• Show up on time, stay focused, and go hard.

• Flexibility: shoots might be long, with quick outfit changes or different locations.

Who You Are

• Style-forward, with a street-lux or urban-lux edge.

• Unapologetically confident — you know who you are, and it shows.

• Not just a poser: you have personality, grit, and vision.

• A team player but also someone who brings ideas and energy.

• Committed, professional, and ready to build (literally and figuratively).

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Major Plus)

• Experience in streetwear or high-end fashion campaigns.

• Comfortable on social media (making content, being on camera).

• Creative input: You bring moodboards, styles, or fresh concepts to the table.

Schedule & Logistics

• Flexible shoot schedule: mood drops, seasonal launches, product promos.

• Variety of settings: studio, urban locations, outdoor/backdrops.

• Possible travel depending on campaign.

Compensation

• $100 per shoot

• Gas stipend provided

• OR choose apparel of your choice from the Brickanaire website instead of cash

• Opportunities for ongoing collaborations, seasonal drops, ambassador roles, and future features, etc

• Additional perks: early access to product releases, and possible growth inclusion.
