This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through https://brickanaire.us (the “Website”), owned and operated by BillionBricks LLC (“BillionBricks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our Website, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order, and limited-edition nature of our products, special care is taken in the processing and delivery of each item. Please review this Policy in full prior to making a purchase.


2. Order Processing Time

All items are made or prepared by hand and may take longer than conventional fulfillment models. Typical processing times are as follows:

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • Limited Drops & High-Demand Periods: Processing may extend up to 21 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

We do not guarantee same-day or next-day shipping under any circumstances.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using reputable domestic and international carriers, including but not limited to:

  • United States: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • International: DHL, UPS, FedEx International, USPS International

The shipping method is selected at checkout based on your location, preferences, and available options. Final shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are displayed before you complete your purchase.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, customs processing, weather delays, and carrier disruptions. Estimated timelines (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination

BillionBricks does not guarantee delivery dates, and delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, returns, or cancellations.


5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number for it to become active. If you do not receive a confirmation email within the expected time, please check your spam or junk folders or contact us at support@brickanaire.us.


6. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

  • Order weight and size

  • Delivery destination

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of:

  • Refused packages

  • Delayed shipments

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Orders returned to sender


7. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note the following for international customers:

7.1 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

  • Customs authorities may delay the delivery of your package. We have no control over these delays and are not liable for them.

7.2 Country Restrictions

We currently do not ship to countries embargoed by the United States or where carrier access is restricted. If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us to verify eligibility.


8. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect entry

  • Missed deliveries

  • Packages returned to sender due to delivery failure

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you may be responsible for additional re-shipping fees.


9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, the customer. BillionBricks is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Damage incurred in transit

If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim with the carrier directly. We will assist to the extent possible, but cannot offer refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.


10. Pre-Orders, Limited Drops, and Custom Releases

Orders containing pre-order, limited edition, or custom items will ship in accordance with the timelines listed on the product page. These items may take longer to fulfill, and estimated delivery windows are subject to change based on production schedules.

All such purchases are final sale and non-refundable under our Return & Refund Policy.


11. Order Cancellations or Modifications

Because we begin production and fulfillment as soon as an order is placed:

  • We do not accept cancellations, modifications, or address changes after an order is confirmed.

  • Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before checkout.


12. Force Majeure

BillionBricks shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • War or civil unrest

  • Labor shortages

  • Carrier or transportation disruptions

  • Epidemics, pandemics, or government-imposed lockdowns

  • Acts of God or force majeure
