OFFICIAL BILLIONBRICKS RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General Overview

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the official BillionBricks website at https://brickanaire.us (the “Website”), regardless of the customer’s country of residence or delivery.

By placing an order through our Website, you (“you”, “your”, “Customer”) agree to the terms of this Policy in full. This Policy applies to both domestic (U.S.) and international orders and is governed by the laws of the United States unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer law.


2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted, limited-edition, and made-to-order nature of our luxury streetwear garments, all sales are final.

This means we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds, including for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
  • Item not meeting personal taste or expectations
  • Duplicate or accidental orders
  • Unauthorized purchases (e.g., by someone else using your card)

Customers are encouraged to review all sizing, color, and product details carefully prior to completing their order. For sizing assistance, please refer to our size chart or contact us at support@brickanaire.us before placing an order.


3. Exceptions: Faulty or Incorrect Items

We are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. In the rare event you receive an item that is:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival,
  • Incorrect (e.g., wrong item, size, or color shipped), or
  • Not as described on our Website,

you may be eligible to request an exchange or store credit, depending on product availability.

3.1 Timeframe to Report Issues

To qualify for an exchange or credit, you must:

  • Contact us within five (5) calendar days of receiving your order, and
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., defects, packaging, tags, and product condition), and
  • Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original packaging and tags intact, if requested.

3.2 How to Submit a Claim

Include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and packaging
  • Whether you are requesting an exchange (if available) or store credit

We will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of the next steps.


4. Store Credit Policy

If your request is approved and a refund is not applicable, you may receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Store Credit Terms:

  • Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • It can only be redeemed on https://brickanaire.us
  • It does not expire
  • It may not be combined with discount codes unless otherwise stated
  • It cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances


5. International Orders – Important Notes

BillionBricks accepts and ships international orders. If you are located outside the United States, please note the following:

5.1 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees levied by your country’s customs authority.
  • These charges are not included in the purchase price and are not refundable by BillionBricks, even if your item is returned, refused, or unclaimed.

5.2 Shipping Delays or Holds

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal disruptions, or government restrictions.
  • Refused or unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds.

5.3 International Consumer Rights

Some jurisdictions (e.g., the EU, UK, Canada) provide consumers with certain cancellation or return rights under distance selling laws.

However, under applicable exemptions for custom-made or made-to-order goods, these rights may not apply to your purchase.
As our products are either made-to-order or limited release, your purchase is exempt from cancellation rights under:

  • UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU)
  • Canadian Consumer Protection Acts

If any additional rights apply under local laws that cannot be waived, this Policy does not override those rights. In such cases, our obligation will be limited to the minimum required by law.


6. Exchanges: Terms & Conditions

If an exchange is approved:

  • The item must be returned to our U.S. warehouse at the customer’s expense.
  • Items must arrive in new, unworn condition with tags and original packaging.
  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the approval email.

Once we receive and inspect the item, the exchange or store credit will be processed. If the requested exchange item is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued instead.


7. Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances for:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” (including all custom, limited-edition, or collaboration pieces)
  • Garments that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original tags and packaging
  • Orders received more than 5 calendar days ago
  • Gift cards or digital store credit balances
  • Items returned without authorization or pre-approval


8. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. BillionBricks is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, including original shipping charges and return postage.


9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • BillionBricks makes no warranties, express or implied, in connection with any return, refund, or exchange.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages relating to the use or inability to use our products or services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product in question.


10. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction. Please check this page periodically for changes.


11. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute arising from or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

For customers located in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections, such as the European Union or United Kingdom, this Policy shall be interpreted to comply with those mandatory local laws, but only to the minimum extent required.
